I cannot say enough good things about Spartan Roofing! Ashley Smith is not only an incredible business owner, she is a serious badass and someone who genuinely cares about the community she serves. ❤️

Ashley and her team are extremely knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and the kind of people you immediately feel comfortable trusting. I also absolutely love seeing women in an industry you don't traditionally see many women in, especially women who KNOW what they're doing and aren't afraid to get on a roof!

What stands out to me just as much as their expertise is how much Spartan gives back to our community. That says so much about a company and the people behind it.

Even when we haven't personally needed roofing or repair work, Ashley and her team have always been willing to help point us in the right direction and connect us with other reputable, trusted local companies for just about anything we've needed. That kind of honesty and willingness to help, even when there isn't a sale involved, is exactly why they have such a great reputation.

We found ourselves needing a new roof shortly after closing on our house due to our insurance provider dropping us if we didn’t. We were blindsided because our inspector didn’t indicate we’d need a new one so soon & we really like our coverage. I shopped around & got 10 different quotes but the knowledge & customer service of Spartan really won me over,  plus the price wasn’t even on the highest end despite having superior materials. They made the entire process so seamless and wasn’t pushy at all. Angie was amazing through the entire project as we had to change dates a few times because if there was even a hint of a sprinkle on the forecast she was not taking the risk which we appreciate so much!!! A very good experience from our initial introduction through the finished product. Ashley and Angela were great to work with. From the initial estimate we did not feel like we were being sold a roof but rather educating us on the important elements of a roof and what was specific for our home. Communication is so important and they kept us informed during the entire process. Their crew did a great job from start to finish, completing in a single day, even with weather issues throughout the day. Once we knew we had a leak in our roof, Angie worked to get us on the schedule ASAP. They quickly found the problem, and quoted us a fair price to fix it.

I had a tree and strike a vent on my roof in the most recent storm. I called Spartan Roof the very next morning, and I was immediately helped and relieved to find out that they could fix it easily and at a reasonable cost. I’m so glad I found Spartan Roof company. Very professional company. Extremely great customer service. I spoke to two neighbors and both had their roof done by Spartan and both highly recommended them. From the time I called for a quote until the roof was installed was exactly 2 weeks. The roof looks great and after several rainstorms lately- zero leaks!

If you want peace of mind throughout the entire process of choosing a roofing company—figuring out who offers the best materials, the best value, and will actually deliver what they promise—start and stop with Spartan.

I went through several estimates, and with some companies, it was a challenge just figuring out exactly what they were offering. Spartan was completely different. They laid out the options clearly, explained the differences, and made it easy to make an informed decision. Their upfront process was excellent.

But when it came time to actually deliver, they were even better.

Angela was on top of everything. She coordinated the entire process, made sure everyone did what they were supposed to do, confirmed that all the materials arrived ahead of time, and even came by personally to check everything.

The crew arrived at 5:30 a.m. for a 77-square roof—a very large job—and brought a large enough crew to get it done efficiently. They completed everything on the roof in one day, and the cleanup afterward was spectacular. You would hardly know a roofing crew had just been there.

Most importantly, the roof came out perfect.

From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, Spartan did exactly what they said they would do. Great materials, great communication, great execution, and no surprises. Warranty registration carried out without any issues. I would absolutely recommend them.
