I’m totally impressed with Spartan Roof Co. They are well organized and certainly have an eye for detail. Ashley and Angela are very friendly and easy to work with. All needed materials were delivered the day before the roof was replaced. The roofing team was onsite at 6:00am. The team has a very streamlined system. They finished the job in one day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Very pleased with my new roof and my experience with Spartan!

Great experience with Spartan! The owner, Ashley, lives in my neighborhood and she has a real heart to really take care of her neighbors. Communication with Ashley and Angie (the project manager) was always super prompt. We had to reschedule the project because of weather after the materials had been dropped, and Angie took care of getting the materials picked back up so they didn’t sit in my driveway for days. Angie also advised me to have someone take a look inside my attic to make sure we would have no issues with pipes or anything getting damaged. I was all good there, but the forethought on that to make sure that I didn’t have any issues was very welcome. As all the other reviews have said they finished in less than a day and left my yard super clean. I paid for this out-of-pocket, and the price from Spartan was very reasonable. Just like everyone else, I highly recommend Spartan if you’re looking to replace your roof.

Top Roofing company in my opinion. Upon first contact with Ashley Smith and Angie, her assistant, this company was very upfront and honest every step of the way. We could have filed a claim on our insurance, however with the cost of deductible, we would have only save around $2k and that was not worth the claim, nor the hassle. Their roofing team came in early, covered our pool, flower beds, made sure our generator gas line was not in the way of nails in the attic (to protect our safety and roofers safety), and finished the job in 1 day. Angie came back and did a 2nd sweep of any nails or screws that may have been left over at the end of the day. The crew cleaned up everything an did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Houston. I am very pleased. In fact, 2 of my neighbors are now using them to get new roofs. GREAT JOB!!!!

Have you ever had a roofing company tell you that you did NOT need a new roof? Ashley is so honest she won’t sell it if you don’t need it! They have replaced a skylight and then several years later put a new roof up. She even helped us with advice for our new home in Illinois. GOOD PEOPLE! Excellent work.
